patient access

eConsult will be available from 8th April 2020

NHS 111

As we are (hopefully) starting to come through the Covid-19 pandemic, please see the detail below regarding the best way to access care and support from the surgery:

  • eCONSULTATIONS - (see the link below) This system takes you through a series of questions which can result in you being directed to: self help;  a pharmacy or alternative service; or submit an email request to the surgery detailing your clinical or other medical concerns. For certain conditions, appropriate photographs can be included with this.  eConsultations will be responded to within 48 hours.
  • TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS -  If you are unable to use eConsult you can phone the surgery to request a telephone consultation. For this a clinician will call you back, but not at a specified time. You will be informed at the time of booking whether this will be the same day or next working day.
  • REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS - Please use your Patient Access account rather than eConsult as it is more efficient for the surgery, and therefore for you, and could result in a delay in this being processed.

There are details below about how to make a face mask.

***Please note that the surgery will not be issuing any letters regarding children attending/not attending school once they re-open. This is a matter for parents and schools***
