Telephone Availability Policy
In line with Good Medical Practice for General Practitioners the Practice has a system for receiving and returning phone calls from patients.
The Practice telephone lines are open between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Patients can telephone the Surgery between these times to request to speak to a Doctor or Nurse.
If it is non-urgent, the call will be dealt with in the best possible way.
If it is an urgent call, the call will be dealt with immediately by the Doctor on duty.
Face-to-face contact with the receptionist is available Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 8.00 pm and by telephone from 8.00am to 6.30pm
